How can I obtain a credit application?
Our Credit Application has been made available for download here. You may also contact our Corporate Office at 504.738.9644 and we will fax one to you. 

Do you accept credit card payments?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

Filters & Exhaust

Can you ship same-day orders?
Yes, if the order is received before noon. Of course, a large motor freight must be packaged with all the relevant information, so order early.

Does using an aftermarket filter void my OEM warranty?
No. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and General Principals of the Federal Trade Commision Act, a manufacturer may not require the use of any brand of filter unless the manufacturer provides the item free of charge under the terms of the warranty. For more information, please click here. 

Who manufactures CAT filters?
A joint venture between Caterpillar and Donaldson, named "Advanced Filtration Systems Incorporated" (AFSI), has been established with the primary business to manufacture Caterpillar filters.
